Wednesday 8 July

We leave Devon in the morning and make our way to our hotel in Shepperton. En route we visit RHS Wisley. Wisley is the historic home of the RHS and houses one of the largest plant collections in the world. The gardens delight through every season: enjoy swathes of bulbs and blossom in spring, unforgettable mixed borders and roses in summer, autumn's bountiful colours, and frost-sparkled walks in winter. And don't miss the stunning Glasshouse, set to transport you to far-flung shores.

Thursday 9 July

After a full English breakfast we make our way to Hampton Court Palace for the world's biggest annual flower show, arriving as the show opens at 10 am. The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show is the largest flower show in the world. The show features show gardens, floral marquees and pavilions, talks and demonstrations. Set on the north and south sides of the Long Water in Hampton Court Park, it is the second major national show after the Chelsea Flower Show but has a different character, focusing more on environmental issues, growing your own food and vegetables and cookery, while also offering opportunities to buy gardening accessories, plants and flowers.
The coach will park in the Hampton Court Green car park. To reach the showground you can -
Walk to the show: it is a 20-25 minute walk that involves using a footbridge across the road outside the palace
If you prefer not to walk: there is a shuttle bus service to Hampton Court station, from where you can take a ferry to the showground (£2.50 for a single journey). We leave Hampton Court at 15:30 to travel back home to Devon.
